Dongguan Yihui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and is located in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. We are a professional enterprise engaged in the recycling of non-ferrous metals such as tin and copper, as well as aluminum alloy low-pressure casting, gravity casting, and metal multi-directional forging. In aluminum alloy casting and metal forging, our company can independently design and manufacture various casting and forging molds. With eight years of Japanese casting technology, we lead our peers in the quality of aluminum alloy castings and forgings. We have independently developed a system for preventing and improving defects such as pinholes, slag inclusions, and casting cracks. For aluminum alloy thin-walled parts (3-5mm) requiring air tightness, we can maintain a leakage defect rate of less than 1% off the machine. We can design molds and produce products according to customer requirements, samples, or drawings, delivering various rough castings/forgings and finished parts.
Our product applications include components for automobiles, motorcycles, trains, machinery, military industry, and more. This encompasses motor fans, air compressor series, printing machinery, woodworking and medical equipment parts, electric bicycle frames, motor mounts, and other types. Our products are exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, Europe, and other countries and regions, receiving widespread recognition and positive feedback from domestic and international customers.
